Telkom a bunch of looters

Telkom is now a bunch of ******! they are quick to pass a buck to others yet they are the ones who are not doing a proper job, ON the 25.06.2020 I bought airtime via my banking app and it was not credited to me. When I called telkom to enquire they told me to call my bank of which I can see that the bank side is fine all the same I called the bank and yes everything on the bank side was exactly like I saw 'OK' it was telkom that needed to resolve the issue but they wanted to pass the buck so they just sent me to go to the bank instead of checking what happenned to their system. Damn the looters are just too much.
