Telkom a bunch of *****

I was offered a migration from LTE to DSL on the 2nd July 2020. I agreed to this as the DSL would only cost me R399 uncapped compared to the R907 I have been paying on LTE. I have not used the LTE router since 22 July 2020 which is when my DSL router was installed. I have been debited end of July and end of August for an amount of R907 instead of being debited the R399 for DSL. I called on 23 July to ensure that the migration was done properly and the consultant advised that this was logged. Unable to get through to anyone now and I am extremely unhappy with the service Telkom is providing me. Spending money on airtime to phone you guys and being over debited.
