Telkom a bunch of ******.*****ing money for no products rendered

Good morning I have taken a data package with telkom in November 2017.This was a black friday deal.I received my router in the 1 st week in December with no simply card.I called telkom requesting to cancel this contract 6 times.I also spoke to the manager last week to cancel and he said it will b done. I clearly stated on the voice record that no authorisation is given for my account to be debited. This morning money was taken out of my account with no service rendered at all by Telkom and no authorisation. Telkom is a bunch of ***** *****ing people's money. Legal action will be taken by my lawyer today.
