Telkom a bunch of ******

Worst company ever my parents have a land-line that includes wifi they have been charged for this service but from day one not one Telkom person assisted in setting up the wifi or explaining how They have been taking money for the service that was not being used it if I didn't check the billing myself as they daughter I would not have known how crocked this company is.... I even called for a week straight aski g how to activate it but to avail until I figured it out myself.... The question is how does telkom plan on compensating my parents for charging them for the wifi that was never activated and used.... This company is just a *****!!! This isn't the first time you guys have ****** money from my parents and I will take to every media platform available to let people know how you guys do business like *******!!!
