telkom a bunch of *********

I have a 500MB ,5GB product with Telkom.

For the past year everything was smooth and wonderful and this package lasted me the whole month for several months . The problem started 3 months ago where data would just disappear and I would ask for data to be added on. This month this has reached a new level where 5 gig which lasted a month finishes in 3 days ,and when I add 2 gigs i don't even get to use it cause it disappear within hours ,and when you call the Call Centre you receive extremely bad service from both team leaders and agents who knows absolutely nothing about being helpful in the environment they work in . They will mock you in the background as if you are not paying for these services .Luthando who is a teamleader in the Call Centre is absolutely useless and I wonder how he got to that position cause he is extremely ******** and rude at the same time ,so is his agent Sanele Dlamini .

Are these the type of people Telkom hires to service their clients . Telkom the worst data provider in the country . if you read this and happen to be in the look out for data services, Telkom is not the way to go.
