Telkom a buchb of *******

I have taken a contract for my son. Supposed to be 299 per month. I stopped the spend limit and expected to pay 299 plus 80 rands for insurance. They have not advised on a tmeperory spend limit and my son ended up making his bill 1500. I have stopped paying this account and requested someone to await with query. Now I find my account is 2500 and have been debited twice over two dats for this account. Telkom is not cheap they are just a binchbof ******* who prey on people looking for "cheap" options in our difficult economy. Wish i could get some assistance as to why I was debited 5000.
