Telkom - A branded ****** in the Market

<p>I had purchased a promotional offer of R 599 - 4 Mbps Uncapped ADSL Plan. Telkom started charging me around 1000 Rands a month. I had to log a Dispute every month but the invoice was never revised. Credit Management department is keep on Rejecting the dispute and there is no proper response from the Helpdesk either. I never seen such a shameless begger company who rob money from it's own customers' pocket.</p> <p>Can somebody assist me, how can I file a complaint against Telkom ?</p>
