Telkom: A brand that won't leave on your terms, at peace AND continue to take your money

Cancelling Telkom services is a nightmare. I cancelled my uncapped WiFi last year in October and to this day I am still being billed for service I am not using. 1. Their agent cancelled an incorrect number and their system did not pick that up that the number is not linked to my contract, ID or profile. 2. I called numerous times to tell them I have cancelled the service and Yet i am still being billed 3. I stopped using their service, yet they still bill me without checking if I use any of their services.

Right now I am in a constant battle to get my monet back from telkom but, no one cares to call or even answer my calls. One waits on hold for over 30 min.

Telkom is a terrible brand and service provider.
