Telkom a big fat joke

<p>Two weeks ago I app**** for a line from Telkom, four days later a technician arrived and true to form he was confused about something for no apparent reason. since he left that day, there has been no communication from Telkom. I'm forced to go to public phones to call their customer service, which is not helpful.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is for Telkom to just give me my money back, I'm sick of their apologies. This company doesn't take customers seriously and is very arrogant. Please give my money and close for business, you are useless.</p>
