Telkom a big big Let Down - 8 Days Without Internet Connection

As of the 14th of April 2022, my data connection and my fellow community members went down and we have logged several calls to no avail. The call center hasn't been of any help, they take you through the reset process which we have all done and still not working, they even told me to call the guys who manage the towers knowing full well I will get an answering machine. Its easy for them to chow our money but when we request for proper service, they send you from pillar to post
