Telkom a ****

<div>I have been ****med by telkom through auto topup. They didn't notify me how much I owe after owing them R3. This was yesterday 17 November 2023.

Today I recharged with R15 and had hoped I would buy 10 any network voice minutes which ussually cost R5. I couldn’t get the bundles as it says I still owe telkom and therefore have insufficient airtime.

After calling telkom they fed me stories telling me that my airtime will show up after I restart my phone. It never happened and I don't even get the option to opt out of this auto topup as they say it only works out after you pay your debt in full. This after I only borrowed R3 and never got another topup as it never showed or even worked. They keep telling me it's maybe because of network problems that I don't get to use my other amount. What's ****ing me off is that I have to pay them again without even having used the airtime advance and it never showed. Here is my number if they feel like contacting me ***.</div>
