I have a sim contract with telkom so what happened is I missed my payment for 1 month which was 730 and now I phoned them back to do a payment arrangement they told me that I need to pay 2000 while the simcard wasn't working. So I don't understand why should they raise my fees while am not using the simcard,and I never signed any terms and conditions that if I miss payment they will put interest this is unfair I need my sim back so but their money can't afford to pay it now n it keeps on going up I don't know why....my name is joniky monepya.
