Telkom

I am not happy with the service I got. I needed assistance with network coverage and called Telkom I spoke to Thandeka who doesn't know how to do her job, she was unprofessional and she even had the nerve to not make notes on the system because she didn't want her name to appear.I informed her that the options I was given previously when I called in are not appearing and she told me that means the is no Telkom coverage where I am residing and informed her that we have a network tower near Utsane High School and she insisted that North West as a whole doesn't have Telkom coverage and I asked her to check cos we do have coverage and she said it's not possible, I then asked her what the solution was and she told me to buy data again while I have 7gig data that will expire in the next 27 days. To my surprise I called again and I spoke to the lady by the name of Sibongile who managed to check North West as a whole and told me that we have coverage and we can even connect with 4g. Thandeka needs to be trained to work in the customer care department
