Telkom is a true ******* I didn't believe people when they warned me about taking up a service with them but they truly the worst company I have dealt with.

I decided to take a contract with the company and just when we were told we will be going into level 5 due to virus spreading it was unfortunate it cost me my job and I asked the company to please cancel my contract as I will not be able to pay for it for that long maybe a few months I can but it will be a financial strain for me. The advisor told me just pay for the months you can and if you see it's a lot you can set up a monthly plan to arrange payment which sounded promising. After a few months I realized my bill kept increasing tried calling in a number of times but I'll stay on the line for over 30 minutes with no advisors taking the call if the call went through I was transfered from department to department with no assistance.

So I took the matter to Facebook and then that's when they decided to call me and the person on the line told me to my surprise there are no payment plans that can be arranged it's either I pay the full amount if I wish to cancel even after explaining to her what I was told asked to speak with the manager call was placed on hold then got disconnected was not gonna spend another hour waiting for someone to answer the call. So when the stores finally opened I went back and told them I wanted to cancel this contract the money is too much already I'm waaaay behind on payment and they said "it's like that you can pay now but the bill will keep increasing so first pay the amount you owe then look into canceling." I'm like how when you'll keep increasing the bill "yeah I know it's like taking one step forward then ten back. Just don't pay it till they close it off" that response really ticked me for I never got any assistance at all

I've been reversing my debits still keep calling with no luck what am I to do for their bill is at 10k now I'm sure as they even stopped sending my bills or any communication as a matter of fact because I really need to get over them.
