Telkom

i cancel a contract with Telkom in October 2020, they had to debit last debit order November 2020. But they debited my account December, January and February 2021. the i called the they said they will refund me on the 12 of March but i only receive the deposit i paid in the beging of the account in 2014. Telkom service it is so bad...:-(
