I bought a contract sim card online from telkom on whatsapp they delivered me a wrong package witch i did not order i called telkom and expain to telkom that they gave me a wrong simcard they cancelled sim card an promise to deliver me another sim card they said its fine bcs is the same day and not more than 7 days and they delivered me another contract simcard witch is active.. now they after 3 to 4 months they say i owe R650 for the sim card that i cancelled and bcs they gave me what i did not order i tried talking to them and i send them screen shot on whatsapp to show them i did not order what they delived to me but still no help
