I visited Telkom Northgate in December 2020 to apply for a contract phone, my contract was approved and they asked for deposit of R700, which I paid. Two days later they called me and said that the actual deposit was supposed to be R6500 and not R700 . I cancelled the contract as this as good as buying a new phone, I've been waiting for my refund from them ,as per our agreement since December of 2020 . I have visited their store countless times to understand why it has taken them this long to refund me, till this day . I haven't received my money. Its frustrating me and am thinking of even taking the matter to the small claims court.
