Telkom 8ta store in Alberton City TERRIBLE service

Every time my wife and I have been at the Telkom store in Alberton city the staff are never friendly and fail to even greet us. The staff never have a smile on their face and it always feels like they have to move a mountain to serve us. Its unfortunate that we as paying customers need to be treated this way. When spoken to the manager she had no real way of resolving the issue, he just said \I will look in to it". I then expressed how the staff member standing right next to us treated us with a bad attitude and she never even acknowledged our statements. There really is an issue at the 8ta store in Alberton city and I sincerely hope this can please be addressed """
