Telkom 8ta Mobile Pathetic service provider

My contract was suspended for the 3rd time and according to 8TA no payment is reflecting, I have spoken to 6 different agents each call lasting over 45 minutes because they couldn't understand a simple question as to \why is my account suspended"I have heard the most ridiculous things such as I still owe R10 on my account"
