Telkom (8ta) - Contract is a mess

Am very disappointed, the consultant are rude and ***********. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager because it seems they can not assist with my query. On the contract am offered an option to pay manually of which am doing but they keep on debiting my after I reported several times not to. Now my phone is locked and yet I make payments every month. Their service is so poor, when I call in am being told different story and yet cannot even provide the email for their manager.
