<p>I'm so disappointed in Telkom how they handle their cases...I have been requesting the number change as I don't want a new number on my contract and they still dragging things and I am now stuck with a number I can't bearly even remember and every time when I call someone always tell me they have send an email to the billing department and still nothing I can't do anything with this number my banking is affected I'm stuck and apparently they have c.f. the manager of the billing department what happened to service cause he can see the email but lazy to take action.</p>
