On the 19th of July i bought Telkom Mo'nice voice bundle (All netwrks)for R26,50 the money was deducted but my minutes were not allocated. I called them several times however all the consultants took me from pillar to post giving me empty promises. All their answers were different, the forth consulted gave me the references number and escalated the matter. Then the last one asked me to confirm the reference number to her but nothing happened she even dropped the fone on me. To my surprise, i've recieved the sms thats says the matter has been resolved and the case was closed. Moreover i havent recieved my bundles nor airtym. M so frustrated now cos its been two weeks now.
