Telkom

Telkom staff at Cornubia store and the call centre agents are very unhelpful. They just transfer you from one agent to another. I need assistance with LTE Wifi. I even tried requesting a call back on the telkom app, agent calls back and drops the line. Please can someone who is able to assist contact me.
