Telkom

I don't understand how Telkom's administrative side work. I am years and years by Telkom, and loyal client of them, but they just disappoint me every time. They beg you to take a new contract with them, and after that , they keep on @#$% up the account. When you take out a contract, you sign and initial the contract, you go through every thing. Now they change the pay date, and when there's no money in the account, hand you over immediately. I phoned them, explained what's going on, and made a payment immediately. They promised, my account will be taken out of debt recovery as I paid my account in full and over. 21 days later I get a NOTICE OF SECTION 129 : a summons may be served and a court order granted to recover the owed amount. With tel ***. I phoned them, to tell them I paid all the money in. The call taker can't even help me, so why must I phone that number if it's useless. I go on my app, it shows my account paid in full. So what now Telkom?????
