Telkom

I cancelled my account when I moved home and their was no Telkom lines in the complex. I cancelled it at Northgate. I found the woman there to be clueless and it took 3 times to cancel this account properly. Up till today I have been harassed by companies where my account has been passed from Telkom to lawyer companies. This has happened 3 times to. In the first two tries the companies sent me a letter to say all was dealt with when I gave them a code from the Telkom system. Telkom are harassing me when I have never had any trouble in the past, when you phone or they phone you, you get an uninspiring black female idiot who focusses on your frustration and nothing is resolved. There is many good companies out there. Please do not use these idiots.
