Telkom customer complaints, service and billing departments are useless. I have been struggling for quite some time to have an issue around billing resolved by Telkom. It is not the first time that this is an issue.

But the new issue : They keep on charging me for a service that was cancelled and then disconnect my service. They then even charge me a reconnection fee for the service. Their service as ISP is substandard , unreliable and often disconnect without reason. ISP speeds is not what is promised. To have issues resolve is almost impossible. I advise anyone to not use TELKOM. Absolutely stay away.
