Telkom

I have been battling with telkom insurance cancellation, I went to the branch November last year at parow then consultant there said to cancel you can only to it via email, at *** that email address does not exist I tried again to go back to the branch the the say it ONLY DONE VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONICALLY. Telkom is useless I took the contract in the branch but now to cancel I have to call. I just need this to be sorted
