Telkom

I am disgusted with the Telkom Mobile (Cellphone) service. I took out a new contract in Nov 2022 and signed a debit order, however it seems Telkom never submitted the debit order to the Bank. Payment was not effected as a result and today my account was suspended, Telkom never contacted me at all regarding non payment and there was sufficient funds in my Bank Account. I would like to cancel the contract, but they say I have to pay for the full term that the contract was signed for. They make the mistake and the consumer foots the bill, please prospective customers do not take out a contract with Telkom, the do not value their customers at all.
