Telkom must be the most unprofessional company to deal with

I’ve been battling with telkom for the last 6 months in which they’re charging me approximately R5000 for yellow pages, which I did not subscribe to. I’ve made countless phone calls to Telkom which I don’t seem to be winning. Furthermore, they said that it’s not their problem and yellow pages subscribed me. But it’s Telkom that is charging me. For the past 6 months I’ve been trying to get hold of yellow pages. Telkom continuously gives me reference numbers for a case but fails to provide a solution. If anyone can assist or has had a similar problem, please let me know Kind regards Solly Raja ***
