Telkom *****

My contract with Telkom stares that my debit order goes off month end. However Telkom decided to deduct a week earlier & this resulted in monies not been in the account as i didn't plan for a early debit order nore was i informed as Telkom staff pointed out. This resulted in Telkom bilking me for insufficient funds. I queried this & I was given a call center number to phone which i did. The lady i spoke to attended to this and told me i would only pay only pay the normal amount as per my contract but only to find out the penalty fee still remained. Again, my contract stipulates end of month, not prior. My guess is im to lay charges of ***** as its the only way Telkom will take there clients seriously.
