My bill for 10mbps fibre doubled from R500 to around R1000 per month making this the most expensive service. My discount closer subscriptions were removed by Telkom. This has been going since March 2023. I have been given the run around. I visit the call centers and lodge disputes with refs every month and I simply get an SMS that the matter has been resolved.
