TELKOM is a massive *******. I was phoned by them for an Upgrade as I was due for an Upgrade. Just to bill me a Carry over Fee of more than my Monthly payment. I am now owing them double my installment for the Monthly invoice after upgrade. TELKOM is a rip=off.
