Telkom

I have called telkom 3 times since december to come and move my router and phone line from one room in the house to another . i followed up 3 maybe 4 times an each time it was escalated but nothing has happened since and i have been charged for it. when i called again today, i am told that the order has been closed and they have my physical address from my previous address. and then they couldnt pick up the last time this was escalated even though it was last week at which time i was advised someone would be at my house today. Pathetic service guys, really!!!
