Telkom/ DISGRACEFULL

We were instructed by Telkom to cancel our ADSL Line as it would no longer a service Telkom could provide. We had Fibre installed. Telkom did not cancel the service and we were billed for a service that was no longer utilized !!Telkom you are a DISGRACE and nobody at your institution seems to know whet they are doing. We have emailed various departments and have all the correspondence from the cancelation without any response. Telkom has handed us over, and we need to get out name cleared but cannot do this without talking or getting hold of someone at Telkom!!!
