Good day I've cancelled my Telkom very long time ago because it was more off line then it was working, my internet will work for about a week then off for two to three weeks then they still deducted the full amount, I did send them email and phoned them about the cancellation, now what they did they let it run till now and now they send me SMS that they handed me over to nudebt and that I must pay R6200, they can go on there system they will see when last I was online or used the internet from them I'm a year Now with Rain 5G and never missed a payment, even when I was with Telkom and now this, they must sort out there problem and get their priorities straight.
