Telkom services sucks , their call centre agents are so impatient and lack information. They never have answers to top it all they always refuse to put a client through to their supervisor/team leader giving the excuse that they working from home. To name a few I spoke to Ntuthuko Shoba , Jane Nkhane, Kwanele Simelane, Asande Caleni all of them failed to resolve my issue and yet Telkom keeps deducting my money as and when they wish. I want out.
