Telkom

I am so frustrated by Telkom they haven't been debiting since August and they say it's because I am rejecting the debit order and I am not. I even called the bank (FNB) who also transferred me to 100 departments who all stated that there is no record of me rejecting the debit order. For both august and September I have paid via EFT and yet Telkom is charging me R400 for 'rejected debit order' I don't why they think I'd reverse the debit order amd still pay via EFT. If I didn't eant to pay via EFT then why would I bother paying via EFT?? These people are just chowing my money and messing up my payment record. I am so disgusting by telkom's service !
