I would not recommend anyone do business with them. I had a problem with my ADSL line, first of all it was almost impossible to log a fault on their website, when I finally managed they let me know after two days that the problem was solved, it was not. Their app is completely useless, doesn't let me login and when I am able to login it doesn't show any of my info, which also happens on the website.

I've spent more than an hour on the phone with 2 different consultants trying to fix the problem, both telling me to do the same thing even though it doesn't work. Their customer service number is also very hard to come by.
