Telkom please explain to me how the **** does it take you 5 days to unlock my phone after ive paid the money manually because you did not execute the debit order???????? I paid R2300 on friday morning by 08:00 !! You debited R2900 on monday. My usual amount is R1800!!!! The help line is so ****ing useless nobody knows what the **** is going on!!!! Its Tuesday 17:00
