On may I missed payment on my telkom sim contract how?Telkom is deducting R521 every month so that month they deducted later on June 10th the blocked my sim when I phone them they told me I missed the payment… I was so shocked so I ended up paying the account month end June R1400 nd something including their charges.. reason I’m writing here is the shock of finding out that on my credit profile it shows my account on arrears. When I phone them they told me my account is up to date of which I don’t understand
