Telkom

After asking receiving multiple phone calls from telkom with someone else's account and asking them multiple times to remove my number from their system and yet I still receive 3-5 calls a day with regards to someone else's account. Any way on how I can take them up for harassment? As by this point I have not given them permission to phone me and have told them to stop phoning me and they don't.
