Sim swap takes a whole month..no feedback no nothing you have to come every week sometimes they are saying system is down. I'm staying too far from East London for this . They are so unprofessional because you can't even contact them for follow up..I have been sitting here right now with no help..they are saying they will phone me whereas I know there's no such I'll have to drive here again myself
