Telkom

As I was looking for PP Attorneys contact details I came accross another helopeter entry. The senario was actually the same. I look out a conract with Telkom in August 2024. I was for a protable Wifi. When i return home there were no signal. I contact Telkom to cancel at the time you could cancel 1 month later without any penalties. The technical department confirmed there were no signal. I held on for 26 minutes and never got through to the cancellation department. I tried several time more. I look the email route. What a nighmare. One consultant told me they need the cancellation in writing which i did. Telkom tried to take 1 premium. I told the bank to reverse it. They never came back. I though all was done. Till I receive the emails from PP Attorneys and an outstading amout of R1900. I think instead of paying the Attorneys Telkom must rather invest in training there staff properly.
