I took a uncapped data plan with telkom about a year ago online.l waited a while for the package too arrive,the package being a data sim and a home router.When the package finally arrived inside was the router and two data sim cards .I immediately called and asked about my package and i was informed that the two SIM cards each had 200GB ,however i told the lady that,that was not the deal I agreed too,i took out an uncapped LTE deal ,but i did not get what was agreed upon. I then went on and canceled that deal ,and i sent the whole package back too telkom,the two sim cards together with the home router. However they still deducted money from me every month ,I called in again and got my fault reference number and they assured me the account is closed but now they demanding i pay for something i do not have nor used and are threatening too take legal action.
