Telkom

Telkom is totally useless. They suspended my service in April 2021 but still billed me for the line rental. I recently visited the Centurion walk in store and they requested that the billing department call which they eventually did. I queried the that they have been billing me for a service that was suspended and they responded that they are aware and that they will reimburse me. They reiterated that would sen me an email and to date nothing. To ad insult to injury they send me an cancellation ssm's with a reference allocated to someone else. I requested that they cancel the service and i am sure that they have not done so. They are totally *********** and useless. Useless ,Useless !!!!!!
