I lost my phone with my old SIM card ,now when I went to do SIM swap they sad they won't to it until I pay some of the amount that they sad I owe them because my SIM card is a contract , while the where lying becouse I still have their contract SIM card that I wasn't even using becouse I had my SIM card And the money that they say I owe them their fail to produce the valid proof or the statement that shows when did I fail to pay the account.i have been visiting their branches and they can't help me ,they always say they will phone me and never do that ,my ***
