Telkom

I took a contract data telkom Sim with through mondo, it came with a rooter in 2020 the data was 20GB anytime data and 20GB night time data, the price was R159 then in 2022 it was was due for upgrade to 40GB anytime date to 40GB but I've never received the 40GB it stays on 20GB till todate, I queried this to Telkom, they were not helping telling me that my data is being split, can 40 gig day time data be spitted to 20 gig 20 gig, make me understand ,I feel cheated, whole 2 years been getting 20 GB not 40 GB. I'm being ****med data while the deduct my money, I don't want anything to do with telkom and mondo and I will not recommend it to any1
