Telkom *****

My account was hacked by Telkom mobile.. Contract opened with my details, money deducted from my account.. I tried to open a case against this *****ulent account from June 2023 till date not solved, went several times to Telkom store without help.. They refuse to help and close the account.. I don't even own a Telkom number
