My name is Pieter Voges. My Id no ***. My problem is that I took out a Wifi contact with Telkom. Ram brought the rooter. After a few minutes I red on the contract that the Wi Fi is uncapped between business hour. The next day I cancelled the contract. 3 days later Ram came and picked up the rooter. The pick up order came from Telkom.

I do not have any device what so ever of Telkom in my house. It was cancelled in Oktober 2019. From November 2019 till even today 25/02/2020 they are deducting money from my account.
