Telkom: 6 weeks without working telephone line

<p>It has been 6 weeks since my telephone line stopped working, I reported the fault 6 weeks ago and after 4 weeks a techinician came out, he checked my connection at the manhole cover and told me that it is not connected anymore and left without fixing the issue.</p> <p> My landlord on the same property had fibre installed by telkom to his house ,the same week my landline stopped working in my flat and they disconnected my line. No one has come back to fix my landline, it has been 6 weeks , I have reported the fault so many times. But Im still getting billed even that I have no landline service for 6 weeks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! my telkom ***</p>
